RIDE THE WEST 2007 NEWS!

Well the Expo this year was better than last year! We had a great time, made allot of new friends, talked to allot of people, showed the ponies to allot of people, answered allot of questions....we really didn't have much down time!

The ponies we took this year were "Blazing Renegade", his son "Renegades Tucker" and our connemarra/arab cross gelding "Tritons Hallany Dream"! The two young geldings made us proud to be there with them! They hade never been bathed, loaded, trailers, put in stalls or been on pavement before that day but they took it all in stide. They were not acting spooky, endured, strollers, ballons, big plastic bags, scarey garbage cans, tons and tons of people and lots of little kids wanting to pet them. We were able to share how wonderful our Arabian Ponies really are with the world!

I even found out we kinda had a fan club! People who saw our stud last year were really glad to see him there again. he was the favorite of many!

So we had a fun filled 3 days this year and we are looking forward to coming again next year if our situation with building on our property permits!

I also want to take a momnet to thank Susan Rae for all the wonderful work she does on the Expo. Also, thanks to all the many volunteers that helped on that weekend event. To the United States Marines who cooked and served a benefit breakfast every morning of the event to help the Toys for Tots Fund! To the many trainers and clinicians who came to help all of us glean from them ideas to help us all be better horsemen and horsewomen! And also to all the different farms who brought their lovely horses and ponies to share with the world and to educate us on the lesser known breeds of the world like the Brazilian Mangalarga Marchador Horses from the 4 Seasons Ranch from Hamilton, Montana!

Thank you to all those fans who keep us coming and encouraging us to share our ponies with others!

Now we are embarking on the task of building on our new property for the rest of this summer, so updates will be far and few between!
